No because they provided you with a service and like any other industry they expect to be paid. Just because charges are dropped by the prosecuting attorney doesn't necessarily mean that the charges are bogus. It may just mean that there was not sufficient evidence to secure a conviction.

Because the DA rejected filing charges does not mean that they were bogus. It could mean that there was not sufficient evidence to prosecute.
To answer your question, yes you do deserve a refund however if you posted bond you will still be required to pay the bondsman's fee.

Yes, if it is your money which you use to bail yourself out. If it is the bail bondsman money, he gets it back.
