i'm 27 year old.how can i improve my hand writing and also improve my writing speed?

Practice writing daily. Atleast spend sometime to write daily a page neatly and legibly. Then u can even get the copywriting boks and practice it daily.the practice makes a man perfect.

Try to write some letters to ur friends. It can improve ur handwriting and also it makes u to write faster. Use some weightless pen and dont put the pen cap at the back of the pen. Try to use some fountain pen in the beginning and use ballpoint pens.

the only way to improve your hand writing is to practice....grab a notebook or some paper and sit down and practice printing each letter, both capitalized and lower case. then practice in your normal script writing. Do about ten lines of each....then the next day...take some time and practice writing numbers. Alternate between those and writing your name or a sentence. It works after a couple of weeks. It will also help you with your speed in the long run.

Poor handwriting almost always has the same cause: the writer is gripping and pushing too hard with the wrist and hand, but not enough with the shoulder. Try relaxing your hand as you write, moving more from the shoulder and making sweeping motions. At first, this might slow your writing dowm, but it's like typing. The more you practice typing without looking at the keys, the better you will get at it. Also, you definitely want to make sure that you are sitting or standing up straight. Poor posture makes for bad writing, definitely.

When I went to primery and middle school we were ask to buy this book, it starts with 1 and ends at 7 standard or grade.

You had preruled 3 lines and I believe in some case 5 line.

got a friend with good handwriting? ask them to write somthing and when no one is looking trace the letters. or buy a calligraphy kit and that will show you how to "write properly". just tell the chashier you're buying it for your niece or nefew or somthing like that.
