My chest workout varies using a lot of the exercises you have listed. For me I do 2 sets of 45 pushups to get the blood pumping. Of course it's taken six months to get there (the number of pushups) 'cause I do them every other day (4 sets).

It's all about variety. Your chest will grow when you continually shock the muscle by switching up the workout. For example:

I will do incl dumbbell flyes superset with incl dumbell press. Then a set of pullovers (laying across the bench with one dumbell in my hand). Next - a set of Dips (either between two chairs or on my Dip machine) and then maybe flat bench press with the bar.

Because there are so many different reps and weights and sets, etc., simply find something that works best for you. You can do pyramids - up and down the rack - drop sets - supersets - circuit training - there's tons of things to follow. But the best advice is find something that works best for you.

I've been seriously training for a year and I still find that the best chest exercise is a variation of pushups, dips and doing flyers BEFORE benching to pre-exhaust the pec muscles.

Good luck! Hope you find what you're looking for.

balance yourself on a short bed or chair or stool with your arms behind you and continue to lift yourself, it'll help your chest and arms. you could also get yourself an excerize ball and lay on that while you workout.
