Here are some details: I work 2 jobs. My "9 to 5 " is the most stressful, however I recently got a second job (nights and Saturdays) which I really love. I've only been there a month, but I'm starting to feel emotionally and physically exhausted. :-(

Sounds like you are working too much. I'm guessing you probably can't cut out your day job, it's probably your bread winner...that makes it tough. I also love my job but it is very stressful and tiring too. I have an in-home daycare, I take care of my own two children (4 years and 6 months) as well as 3 other infants, 2 months, 3 months and 8 months. There are times when at the end of the day I think I couldn't possibly get up the next day and do it all over again. Then somehow when morning comes I manage to get up and make it happen.

It helps that I have a great husband who supports me and I talk to him about everything that's on my mind. If you have a good friend or family member to talk things out with try to do that every day, it really will make things seem more managable.

It's also crucial to have a couple of days off...for me the weekend is like a mini vacation every week. I put off everything else I need to do and just relax for two whole days. Maybe you could cut out your Saturday work schedule? Just trying to throw some ideas out there for you. If nothing else wind down in a nice hot bubble bath before bed :)

No wonder you're feeling burnt out, your working two jobs, and night duty as well. You may love your job, but you can only do so much of anything. Night duty can really mess you up if it is intermittent. I do night duty, but only once a month for one night. Even that puts me out for a couple of days even though I love it. If I had a full time job as well I would not be able to cope. Fortunately my job is part time.
Take some time out. Pamper yourself. Have a massage. have a day in a health spa. Take a holiday. Be by yourself for a while. Maybe then you might feel a bit better, but constantly punishing yourself with overwork is not good for you.
Take care, and good luck.
