Here are places people usually claim homosexuality is condemned and why these people are worng:
The story of Sodom & Gomorrah in Genesis is sometimes seen as a condemnation of homosexuality, but it was a warning against rape, inhospitality and xenophobia. The reason for Sodom's destruction is made clear in Ezekiel 16:48-50. According to Ezekiel, the sins of Sodom were pride, laziness, being inhospitable, neglecting the needs of the poor, greed, and idolatry (the worshiping of idols). Nothing about homosexuality is mentioned. If Jude 1:7 describes anything about the sexual immorality and perversion in Sodom and Gomorrah, it's describing RAPE.
1 Corinthians 6:9 was a mistranslation of the word "malakee". It's used elsewhere in the Bible to mean someone who lacks discipline or one who is morally weak, and never is it used in reference to sexuality or gender.
1 Timothy 1:9-10? Also a mistranslation. 1 Timothy was an admonishment against male prostitution, not committed, loving same sex relationships.
The words "physin" and "paraphysin" in Romans 1:26-27 have also been mistranslated. Contrary to popular belief, the word "paraphysin" does not mean "to go against the laws of nature", but rather implies action which is uncharacteristic for that particular person. An example of the word "paraphysin" is used in Romans 11:24, where God acts in an uncharacteristic (paraphysin) way to accept the Gentiles. When the scripture is understood correctly, it implies that it would be unnatural for heterosexuals to live as homosexuals and for homosexuals to live as heterosexuals.

The Bible consistently tells us that homosexual activity is a sin (Genesis 19:1-13; Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9). Romans 1:26-27 teaches specifically that homosexuality is a result of denying and disobeying God. When a person continues in sin and disbelief, the Bible tells us that God “gives them over” to even more wicked and depraved sin in order to show them the futility and hopelessness of life apart from God. 1 Corinthians 6:9 proclaims that homosexual “offenders” will not inherit the kingdom of God.
God does not create a person with homosexual desires. The Bible tells us that a person becomes a homosexual because of sin (Romans 1:24-27), and ultimately because of their own choice. A person may be born with a greater susceptibility to homosexuality, just as people are born with a tendency to violence and other sins. That does not excuse the person choosing to sin by giving into their sinful desires. If a person is born with a greater susceptibility to anger / rage, does that make it right for then to give into those desires? Of course not! The same is true for homosexuality.
However, the Bible does not describe homosexuality as a “greater” sin than any other. All sin is offensive to God. Homosexuality is just one of the many things listed in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 that will keep a person from the kingdom of God. According to the Bible, God’s forgiveness is just as available to a homosexual as it is to an adulterer, idol worshipper, murderer, thief, etc. God also promises the strength for victory over sin, including homosexuality, to all those who will believe in Jesus Christ for their salvation (1 Corinthians 6:11; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

I did a quick search on my Bible database and got one so far from 1 Corinthians 6:9 (not to be crass, but the 6:9 [69] thing is a little too coincidental!!!) which is New Testament, not too far after the 4 Gospels. After John goes Acts, then Romans, then is 1 and 2 Corinthians. Hope that helps for now.

In the New Testament when Paul is talking to the Corinthians and he is talking about the men who were with long hair. This was in reference to the men dressing up as women and playing the role. That is one example. There are many others. Jesus gave examples of who would not be allowed in heaven. The rules didn't change when Jesus died for our sins. He did not come to change the law, but to fulfill it. Homosexuality is an abomination to God. Always has been and always will be.
If you read a study Bible and do a word search, you will find many passages to answer your question.
Too many think that you can still continue on with this sin after you say you accept Jesus, but if you truly accept Him you will do as He says and commands and repent from the sin. Just think of what He told the adulteress. "Your sins are forgiven, go and sin no more." In other words repent.

1Co 6:9-11
9 Don’t you know that evil people will not receive God’s kingdom? Don’t be fooled. Those who commit sexual sins will not receive the kingdom. Neither will those who worship statues of gods or commit adultery. Neither will men who are prostitutes or who commit homosexual acts. 10 Neither will thieves or those who always want more and more. Neither will those who are often drunk or tell lies or cheat. People who live like that will not receive God’s kingdom. 11 Some of you used to do those things. But your sins were washed away. You were made holy. You were made right with God. All of that was done in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Some of you used to do those things… The clear indication of scripture is that the behavior is a choice, one over which the person has control. People are NOT "born that way."
Zero: paraphysin is not found in Romans 1. physis is there and means "nature." There are not 2 "natures."

Hee hee. Leviticus is full of do's and dont's. Back then, it was a serious guide to living - especially before God had sent Christ as a "bridge" between man and Himself. But you can find more references to homosexuality in:
Romans 1:26-27
1 Timothy 1:10
Many believe homosexuality should be justified because they claim, "This is who I am and this is how God made me!" However, the point is not that a person is homosexual. God puts many burdens on our lives to test our faith and strengthen our spirit. We do this by believing in Him to help us with what ever affliction we are bestowed. Take Job for instance. He had just about every affliction known to man and he trusted God and prevailed. I know two people close to me that are gay. One trusts God to help him with his temptations and the other...well...doesn't. He finally gave up and decided that he was gay and was meant to be gay. He lives with that and there is no amount of biblical scripture in the bible to tell him otherwise. In fact, I find him trying to justify homosexuality by looking for people in the bible that were gay. He says Peter was "afflicted" with some unmentioned burden. He says it is homosexuality.
What ever, I accept him for who he is no matter what. I hope I didn't ramble too much.

Some people say it does also in genesis and in romans, and i agree that it seems liek it does, but ive found that i feel like if i am condemning people and using the bible to do it, that i am sinning myself.because the bible tells you that judgement is for god and god alone, so ppl who use it as a weapon to judge others are playing god.i think most homosexuals know what they bible says.most have heard it on tv or somewhere, and its up to them to decide if they think they are right with god or not.because verses in the bible can be interpreted differently by anyone who wants to make them fit what they feel is right.
