IMPRINT: AAAA 75
SHAPE: ROUND
COLOR: WHITE
Arthrotec 75 mg - This is a PRESCRIPTION medication used for joint pain and arthritis. This medication is classified as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and is used in a similar fashion to Motrin or Tylenol but it is prescription strength.
In the case of an emergency, contact the Poison Control Center 1-800-222-1222.
If you take it to or call a pharmacist (and identify yourself) and the medication turns out to be a controlled substance such as prescription pain killers (narcotic) or sedative, etc. you can be charged with possession of a controlled substance (without a valid prescription). That would be similar to walking into a police station and asking an officer if what you found in your son's room is crack cocaine or not...

Looks like it might be Arthrotec 75 mg. A memeber of the NSAID (non steroidal anti-infallamtory drugs) of which you probably know ibuprofen (Motrin TM) or naproxen sodium (Alleve TM)

Call or show it to a pharmacist. They'll be able to identify it with the size, color, shape and markings.

Flush it down the toilet. If you don't know what it is, then why would you keep it or take it?
