If your hair is below your bra, you will prob need to use the orchid rods and also it will have to be a spiral or piggy back wrap.

first rod size differs with wat you want talk to your hairdresser but i highly recommend gettin layers in your hair before perming. When you perm all one length hair you can pretty much guarentee that perm will be a flop there will be straight pieces the only way to make the perm vibrant and curly all over is to cut layers in the hair so its not so heavy.

It's hard to determine this without seeing your hair, so you should better ask this to a hairdresser. They can see:
- if your hair can be permed at all
- if benders or rods should be used
- which size of benders or rods should be use
