do you think my ear will get infected?

i tryed pierce my ear with a safety pen i found behind the toilet 2 days ago.i mean i cleaned it with hotwater/scope mouthwash/ long story short i tryed 2 time but i couldnt get it through so i gave up
i cleaned my ear with dishwash soap/scope/and warm water and last night/today i put sum antibacterial gel on it. honestly it doesnt really hurt but i just dont want it to get infected and my ear to get a big hump in he front of it since it diddnt go all the way through. do you think i will get an infection

my symptons.
it doesnt really hurt unless i touch it and its a little red(the lobe) but besides that is okay and just kind of dry and flakly kind of.

i no it was really stupid to no that bu do u no what i can do to not get an infection?? thanks

Clean it with soap and water and Hydrogen Peroxide 2-3 times per day and follow that with Neosporin ointment.
