My question is: Can walking 5 days a week for 1 hour tone my legs enough to where I actually have a shape to them

yes but if you are unable to do that. Do Calf lifts. stand on your tippy toes and go up and down slowly. It will start to form your calves and lower. Do it while you are brushing your teeth, washing dishes, cooking whatever. Good Luck

YES! walking is so great for your legs, and butt!
The secret is HILLS!
Uphill for the backs of the legs and buttocks
Downhill for the calfs, fronts of thighs, & knees.
The amount of time is not the key for this specific request...it is the STEEPNESS/INCLINE of the hill.

Your muscles will become more DEFINED by eating lean red meat. It's about the only way for definition.
