does anyone know of any web site, or cd i could buy... that i can upload pictures i take of my living room, and change wall colors? i'm wanting to paint my living room, and really want to see a few different colors on my walls, so i can decide which looks the best with what i have. any help would be great. (smart aleck answers you can keep to yourself)

I don't think I know of any software that would do exactly what you are asking.... as in just say I want to pain my walls orange and see them orange, but it seems that there are a few other things out there that can pretty much accomplish the same task...
My first thought is photoshop. You may or may not have this program, and may or may not know how to use it, but color changing is one of the most basic elements of photoshop. If you have a friend or relative who has any experience with the program, you could ask them to do this for you, it shouldn't take to much time, half hour at most to get a satisfactory idea of what you want.
Another idea I had I have less experience with... but I am sure that there is software out there that can be used to 'construct' the inside of a house. If you find one of these, you can use it to make one similar to your house, with furniture similar to yours.
