How many cups would be 180 gm of sugar?

How do i decide the amount of sugar n flour , the recipe says 180 gm and 120 gm of each respectively? I don't have weights to measure. Trying to make an apple crumble

180 grams is 16 Ounces which is equivalent to 2 cups
120 grams is 60 grams short of 16 Ounces, which is a pinch so I would say this would be equivalent to 1 3/4 cups.

A gram measures weight and a cup measures volume. This question would be similar to asking how much does a 5foot 5 person weight. Depends on the person. A cup of water will weigh more than a cup of flour.
