Can my mom use her medicaid card for eye exams and glasses?

Absolutely she can ! Call the eye clinic and give them the card number and they will confirm my answer.

Of course! My mom and I use ours all the time to get our glasses. the only thing is you can only get glasses and exams once a year.

Your mom needs to call her caseworker to find out, or the plan that administers her medicaid.
