If i hate the highlights can I just have it dyed back to brown? and how long is good for bangs, my hair is too straight and boring now

If you highlight blonde it can be dyed over brown, but the highlights usually always come back through and you'll have to keep dying it. I highlighted my past shoulder length brown hair about 2 years ago and still I am having to dye my hair because I don't want to cut it. The color seems to always come back on the ends. So I would suggest that you really think about it and decide whether you're really gonna like it before you highlight.

You can have it dyed back...but remember, it won't look natural...for some reason, darker haircolors look more flat than lighter ones...instead, have some REVERSE highlights (dark highlights done like the blonde ones)...to help hide the blonde you don't like...
Bangs should be at or above the eyebrow...whichever is more comfortable for you....hanging in the eyes looks bad...IMHO...
