You're too young to have PMS. We are all under stress. Stress comes in many forms - weather, illness, noise, traffic, just life itself. Crying is one way to alleviate emotional overload. It may be that your being an "unemotional" person has made it difficult for you to express your feelings when they need to be vented.
If this continues, speak to your doctor about it. Ultimately you may need a psychologist to help guide you through this phase.

I would think your apprehension is inherent of your age, may be you are submitted to some kind of pressure in your studies or subconsciously willing to have or to be something, calm down, visit some nice place in companion to somebody you love, talk a lot to him (her), enjoy your environment, sing a nice song, have a notebook and write your most pleasant moments, read that several times, in other words, forget sorrows and see how beautiful is the life.

You're just being a girl, we can't help it sometimes. Later in life we call it being a woman. It's all hormonal, and it sucks.
