Is drinking unsweet tea the same as drinking water. I'm trying to eat heathier, and excercise. I get real tired to water, will unsweet tea give the same results? Thanks.

it pretty much is water with added herbs, check to see exactly what is inside, every tea is different, check for caffeine, high glucose corn syrup and sugar, i would stay away from both, check the label of everything you let into your body

tea without sugar or milk is just as good / healthy for you as plain water.......except some teas have just as much caffeine as soda, or coffee.

drink decaf if caffeine bothers you.

may be decaffeinated tea will work. Regular tea has caffeine and it dehydrates the body.
