Vey often a girl will give me all the "signs" of flirting, like big smile, long eye contact, laughter, hair twirling, prolonged conversation, but i cant tell if they are just friendly and nice or if they are interested in me. Any insight from the girls out there?

Sometimes its hard to know what girls want. I'm a girl and sometime I don't know what I want half the time. Sometimes you are just going to have to 'bite the bullet' and take a chance to really know if they like you or are just being friendly. Most girls are looking for a man who presents themself in a good manner. The only real way to find out is ask.

If a girl seems really comfortable around you, she's probably just being friendly. If she seems nervous, she probably likes you.

The best way it to be honest always. Show her that you both are just friends and that you would not ruin this friendship.

the most important question to ask yourself is 'is she playing with her hair' if she is it is very likely that she is interested in you. otherwise just go with the flow and see where it leads. good luck.

well those are signs. but it's cool that you notice. most girls do this and you guys don;t even notice!! you do so i say go for it.
