Matar Wale Chawal, which is a pilaff of rice cooked withe peas and sweetcorn, spiced with cinnamon, cloves and bayleaf, on a base of cumin seeds lightly fired in ghee. I served it with red onions sauted with Quasiri Methi and then sizzled on cast iron sizzlers with lemon juice and white vinegar. Beats MacPongnalds any day!

Baked macaroni and cheese, topped with sautee'd bacon, garlic and onions. It was SO good. The recipe can be found on foodnetwork.com, and go to the show Tyler's Ultimate. Once there, search for mac and cheese. It was SO good, and pretty cheap too!
