Go to your parents, your aunts, uncles, grandparents, teachers.... someone. You likely have bruises to show? Tell someone what you're experiencing and get help with it. If the first person doesn't help you, go to another and another until someone takes you seriously and helps.

if you think he is hurting you, just be careful because he can kill you by accident. You can tell your parents, if that doesn't stop him call the police or go to the police and put a complain, you have to protect yourself.

It depends on your ages etc..
First go to your parents give them a chance to correct it.
If that doesn't work go to school counselor or to the police.

Mace him... it will never happen again! Actually, squirting him with perfume (or lemon juice, etc.) every time he does it will stop the behavior quickly. If he's bruising you, seek help ASAP.
