cocoa butter is the best of the best.. if not then definately tell him to go see his skin doctor they will fix the problem for sure.. if he doesnt have a skin doctor then he needs to get one.. everyone should have a skin doctor.. your skin is an organ, its very important to keep it in good condition.

Try The Bodyshop's Brazilian Nut Body Butter. They also have other scents for super dry skin. My boyfriend spends a lot of time in the water and sun during the summers at the beach which dries his skin and this stuff works like a miracle.
It's also amazing to use if you experience stretch marks.
