Courtesy of Top Secret Recipes---Crumble 4 ounces of breakfast sausage into a preheated skillet, then add 1 tablespoon minced white onion. Saute the sausage & onion for 3 to 4 minutes or until the sausage is browned. Add 1/2 tablespoon minced mild green chilies (canned) and continue to saute for 1 minute. Pour 4 beaten eggs into the pan and scramble the eggs with the sausage and veggies. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Heat up four 8-inch tortillas by steaming them in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds in moist paper towels. Take 4 slices of American cheese and break each slice in half and position two halves end-to-end in the middle of each tortilla. To make the burrito, spoon 1/4 of the egg fillling onto the cheese in a tortilla. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, then fold up about 2 inches of one end. Fold over the other side of the tortilla to complete the burrito. You can serve hot with any kind of salsa of your choice. This will make 4 burritos. Good luck!!!!!!

Add the meat and heat until the meat is heated through.
Mix the eggs with milk or water, and pour over the meat and veggies.
Cook, stirring, until the eggs are done.
