Hey man I agree 100% with you! I am a firm believer in christ and I am saved. I was recently hit by a car and now can not walk with out crutches for 4 months and I have an infection in my ankle where the car sliced it open and I still love god with all my heart and know that I will be ok, because god loves me and has bigger plans for me. nothing could shake my faith! nothing on this planet or any thing else in this universes was just pure happenstance, that is impossible. I know god exists because he has spoken to me interms with out using a single word, I recognize his presence and he pretty much told me the path I was on would destroy me and he saved me, I might not have liked the method of how I was saved, but it worked completely and I will never turn my back on him! I am not crazy, I don't here voices, I read the signs, I see things happen around me and I enterpret them using my intellect and faith. I will do what ever I deem the lord wants me to do with my life. I was an aithiest for a couple years, I refused to believe in god, I could find no reason to believe it just didn't make sense. then I matured and became smarter and used the intellect and logic the lord provided me to figure out the truth. and not a moment too soon, far too late for the lord after every thing the lord has done for me, I can never do enough for the lord, he has done so much for me, saved my l life so many countless times I owe every thing I have and can ever give to the lord and I know it will never match what the lord has done for me. I will never be able to repay the lord for his kindness, his unfailing love, the fact that he has never left myside even when I left his, his mercy and even the fact that he will allow me in to heaven when I die, even though the life I used to live was so full of sin and darkness I shouldn't deserve it by my standards, the lord has forgiven me for my sinns. John 3:16 God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, so that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his son into the world to condem the world but to save the world through him.

If we adore our fellow people a lot than why can we placed the undesirable ones in penal complicated? If God did not love us we would not be the following at present. God is in simple terms besides as loving. enable's say in some unspecified time sooner or later you got here residing house and observed a guy with a knife in his hand status over your bloody kin. You chase him down and then call the police officials. They arrest him and he's tried in courtroom. Then the decide says, "i'm a loving decide so i'm able that could also help you pass loose". are you able to easily tell me you would not be bothered by what the decide has in simple terms performed? sure he became being loving, yet he became no longer being in simple terms. interior an similar way, God can no longer in simple terms sweep all our sins below a rug. Justice must be satisfied. That became the entire factor of why Jesus got here and stood in our position on the pass. He suffered the wrath of God that became due us. it really is why he sends human beings to hell. they don't love God or pick God so he provides them what they ask for, an section without Him, Hell.

Not a chance. The world is indeed a happy accident; it is not unreasonable to suppose that at least one of the billion trillion stars in the universe might have acquired a planetary system that could support life. Your argument is an example of what is called the "anthropomorphic" argument; the logic error which it entails is called "post hoc". And, in any event, your argument is totally irrelevant to the Jesus mythology.

I don't believe in a personal God and you just have to look at the looney tunes on here to see how unnatural and unhealthy religious belief is. God prefers atheists- at least they embrace life and live it to the full.

I believe in and love God. It is Christianity that makes no sense. I will not be fooled by some idiotic hate filled book of fiction.

I don't think it's very likely that I would believe the whole "God" thing absent any evidence at all. Otherwise, it is just as likely that pink unicorns farted the Universe into existence.
And you can't prove they didn't...
How can you believe in any God absent any evidence at all of the existence of any God, let alone the specific one you follow?

Because he didn't care enough to help me when I was being raped at age 8. Even though I cried out to him to help me. If there is a god (which I doubt), then he doesn't care about the little ones.

I wouldn't use the word "accident." Makes it sound like a bad thing.

i lived the christian life for many years, pentecostal to be exact. jesus should perform mirales by sending angels to his ppl of the church to tell them to stop gossiping, lying and spreading rumors. then i'll believe when they act godly and nice instead of venemous and spiteful. the bible is made up not all facts. man created the bible, at least santa claus keeps things peaceful
