i usually dont. u need to recuperate and u need rest and increase in your fluid intake. take a couple of days off. i am going thru the same and my trainer wont even work me out

No, it's taxing to your body to be fighting off illness. Working out can prevent you from recovering as fast as you could before.

You can.........but if you notice, when you are well, you can put so much more energy into the workout.
As opposed to when you are ill, you really don't have the energy to do much.
