Like everyone else said, you can have one done in any state assuming that the state allows tattooing. Just be sure you go to a reputable one that uses good sanitation...

Don't listen to the meanies who sit there and say OOH tattoos are ugly don't do it - it's your body. I have been thinking of getting one on the back of my neck and no it's not cuz of Britney. I have been wanting to do it for the past year...hey just think when you get old you'll be a rock and roll fogie!!!

I didn't think there were places that wouldn't tattoo your neck if you asked them to? I have one on the back of my neck, I love it, still love it. The best part is that since I don't see it everyday it still feels new, 4 years later. And my man loves it. LOL, it even made my ex drool. :)

IF and WHEN I don't want it seen, I can easily cover it up with makeup or my hair.

If you can get a tattoo on your private area in all 50 states...I'm pretty sure you can get it on your neck in all 50 states as well.

they merely handed difficult new tattoo regulations interior the Marine Corps. something from the neck up or under the elbow (somewhat something which may be considered on a similar time as in uniform) are not to any extent further allowed for people who're already in. i think that it somewhat is applicable to ability applicants besides, yet i'm no longer particularly particular. If plainly it is not allowed, you may properly be granted a waiver for that, even if it may desire to no longer get authorized. Any contemporary Marine recruiter could have the main well liked info in this subject count number. you may desire to ask him to get a definate answer.

I don't know. But tatooes on your neck, isnt' that a little obvious? Its so old. Have you ever seen an old tatoo? They are ugly, they lose their color.
Besides when you want to dress up, there's that tatoo again, in the way of what used to be your beautiful natural skin.
Sorry just don't go for tatooes man. They're not cool any more.
I guess if you think you can be a biker all your life. There are some old bikers out there. Who are they kidding?
