my mom just has one of those high power hose nozzles an goes out an sprays the yard once a week, it seems to work fine, but we also have a small backyard so its easier, the rest of it is concrete

Not that i know of. Be a good dog owner and clean up with a pooper-scooper. There may be things in the poop (parasites you are not aware of) that can reinfect the dog after they have been treated for worms.
Don't be so lazy and want to take the easy way out. It doesn't take that long if you do it every day.

I usually take a shovel and throw it in the part of the yard you want your dog to take dumps. Pretty soon you'll have your dog dropping in an area that you want him to that doesn't bother anyone in the family...

Lime will dissolve dog droppings. And stop any smell too.
