Walk at least 45 minutes with a speed of 3.5 or more. This will help you lose the body fat. To tone your stomach you're going to need to do ab exercises such as crunches, leg lifts, scissors, and other ab exercises.

For those of us with joint issues, walking works. It's less impact on your knees and hips. However, you have to get your walking speed up to 4 miles per hour (in the flat), and have walk longer than a runner runs.

you should run on the treadmill and also add sit - ups and crunches. you can't be lazy about. putting both of those together will reduce your tummy . you can't do the situps everyday , you will do them every other day and using the treadmill too.
