if our stomach as big as our fist just think how much food we pack in to our stomach for each meal

From what I've been told, yes your stomach is as big as your fist IF you eat normal healthy portions. An obese persons stomach can be much larger.

sounds pretty yuckk.. so what happens when the stomache shrinks? then how big is it? lol
