its not going to be easy or quick and I dont think there are any 80s movie montages around it takes years of fitness and fighting to be a B.A.M.F what you can do now is just stand up for yourself and dont let people push you around you might get the crap beat out of you but you will get a little respect from it aslo chasing your ex is a waste of time she will probably be turned off even more if you try to fight her new bf so just be yourself dont try to be something you not and get a new girl to maybe make her jealous

Start off by buying a motorcycle. Then pop a wheelie a few times on the freeway in rush hour traffic. That pretty much do it.

With an attitude like that...you should have NO problem...no problem because you don't seem to have anything to offer but a bad attitude.
If you want a girl, you have to be nice to her and respect her. You can't be some bad @ss and attract anyone that's worth it.
