She may have a hormone imbalance. Take her to a doctor so she can be tested to see what the problem is.
I hope that she is strong and confident and does not care about other people's opinions.
If it is bothering her, there are hair removal procedures that can be done. But first, consult a doctor. I can relate to what she is going through and one of my daughters may have the same issue as well.

Need to see a dermatologist. Could be removed with surgury, though could leave scars, or it could be skin cancer depending on exactly what the moles look like.
