I know it sounds crazy, but drink more water............your body needs it to get rid of excess salt.......it works...........
And maybe water pills....I personally don't recommend them though.
You'll lose the water weight, but when you drink anything, the weight will come right back.....not very effective......

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This may sound weird, but chugging the water is actually the best way to lose water weight. Right now you're bloated because you're probably dehydrated. I would aim for between 48 and 100 ounces of fresh water each day. It might take a few days, but it'll sort you out. I have the same problem!

Consume less salt, fewer simple carbohydrates, which hold water. Everyday have some plain yogurt mixed with water. The bacteria will improve your digestion and reduce bloating.
However, accept that it could be fat, without the overweight, the water would not bother you so much!

drink 8 glasses of water a day, your body will only hold the water if it is lacking water, 8 glasses is very healthy and it will keep you feeling full so that you don't eat as much

i have lost 5 pounds in my first week. it really is my 10th day and that i have protected salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean fowl) as you said. After 4 years of attempting, the fat is finally coming off. It fairly sounds like magic! commence at present!
