You can not use the 1040EZ when Filing Married Filing Separately.
You will need to use either the 1040A or the 1040

The 1040EZ is only for Single or Married Filing Jointly

You cannot file the 1040 EZ form with that filing status.

You may be eligible to file for FREE on the IRS website if your AGI is below $52,000.00. Go to http://www.irs.gov and click on Free File.

You can't file as married filing separately on a 1040EZ.

If I may ask, why are you filing seperately? My wife and I did that our first year and it cost us money.
