THE QUESTION IS WHY AND HOW IS YOUR FAMILY STRESSING YOU OUT???? FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT. SOME TIMES YOU JUST NEED A LITTLE RELAX TIME BEFORE YOU GO AND BE WITH YOUR FAMILY. GO TO A DIFFERENT ROOM AND RELAX. THEN COME OUT AND BE WITH YOUR FAMILY. GOOD LUCK.

Plan a night out or an entire day with no kids (with or without husband depending on if he's part of the stress). Find something you find enjoyable and do it at least once a week.
Remember to think happy thoughts and remember these stressed days will soon pass when the kids have moved away. Once that happens, the empty nest syndrome will come with a vengeance, so try to enjoy your time with them while you still can.

not have children if this is hypothetical, but if you're asking from a personal point of view i think kids and family is a stressful path in life, but a rewarding one. Just take one day at a time and try to ensure you get time FOR YOURSELF now and then when you think about you and only you. Even a lovely bubblebath or a few hours in a cafe with a good book and a hot chocolate. Get someone else to mind the kids when you can and have time to recharge those batteries.

Being in a family is very stressful whether it be your husband and your on kids, or whether it be mothers fathers or inlaws.
You need to make time for you. Say no when you can and if you need to as for as your family is concerned.
As for as your kids, pinpoint the problems and then one at a time tackle them.
There is not much advice I can give as you did not elaborate.
The short answer is yes.

I scrapbook. Sometimes when I need a day out I'll head to the mall. Just being alone helps. Family-induced stress happens to the best of us!

I totally understand. I love my family with all of heart and soul. Nothing could be more important to me. But there are time when Mommy just needs an hour to herself. I know its easier said than done but my Husband and I have come to find out its healthier for all involved. He gets an hour when he first gets home to wind down and change gears. Then at our daughters bedtime I get an hour to do what ever I please. Its nice to know that we respect each other and are a stronger family because of it.

Have a drink, watch a funny tv show, take a walk, go out by yourself, get a sitter, forget about getting things done for a while, put on some music, get a movie you all will like and have some peace, take a nap, do something silly.
I should post these on my fridge or something.

You need to set aside one day for yourself, go get your nails done go shopping or somewhere by yourself out of the house..
Go on a date night with your husband once a week as well.
Those things really help... Good Luck

Boy, I wish I knew the answer to this one. The only thing I know is praying. It's what I do. And trying not to worry about things too much and live each day....one day at a time.

THE BEST WAY TO DEAL WITH ANY STRESS IS DOING SOMETHING TO HELP ALLEVIATE IT. GETTING A HOBBY, OR A PASTIME. EXERCISE WOULD BE BEST LIKE RUNNING, WALKING. ALSO, A PET ALSO HELPS WITH STRESS. PET OWNERS HAVE LOWER STRESS LEVELS THAN THOSE WITHOUT PETS!! HOPE THIS HELPS!!
