Oh I see....thanks for the details there. So you were BOTH found together. There should be two tickets. One for each of you. Because it was HIS idea, doesn't make a difference. YOU decided to go along.
Just pay the fine when you can. Take it as a learning experience.

If they were both 'indecent' (according to the law) then the fine should be split. It doesn't matter whose idea it was, the other party made the choice to participate.
