I woke up in the middle of the night in pain. The right side of my face is swollen along with my lymph nodes. I have a white bump on my gums & my gums are very tender to the touch. It is tender to the touch..What could be going on? I want to wait to go to the doctor because i'm really dizzy & nauseated and dont want to drive right now. Do you think this can wait or should i carry myself to the doctor?

It sounds like you have an absessed tooth. This is an infection in the root area of the tooth. Go to the dentist. Left untreated, this can be very dangerous. You will need antibiotics. Then, when the infection subsides, they will either do a root canal or pull the tooth. You can get very very sick if you don't attend to this.

It sound like you have a cyst, you will need to go to the dentist asap or doctor, if it is a cyst they need to put you on anti and possiably drain the thing..

looks like an ulcer....it is going to pass away. very painful!!!!!!!!!! if its no longer that..you have gotten gotten something from ingesting off something as in water fountain or something so basic as a drink can
