It means he didn't want anyone to notice that he was looking at the girl! And when he moved his eyes down, that was him trying to make it look like he was looking at something else.

my opinion this entirely is,i do think it means the guy likes the girl but he is a shy person so not being bold enough to follow up on what his eyes wants to start he looks down deciding the challenge may lead to embarrasments and he abhors rejection.

Most guys are mentally undressing you: if you like him, then just ask him out. Ask hi what time it is or should you buy this or that product - something to get talking. Put on a big smile and you will have him fixed.

means he jsut got caught out checking out/perving on the chick and is embarassed!! if he is a confident sort of guy he will just smile at you for getting caught, hes obviously a bit shyer, bit cuter an not so experienced with picking up chicks!! id say lucky you!

To me it means that he likes that person but he doesnt want to let it show, maybe cause he scare that girl doesnt like him. But sometimes guy just need a little push to say what they have to say to a girl.
