you need to ask him what is going on. nicely and find out if he has has feelings for this person or what or if its just fun. depending on the answear you get leave him. and just keep a watch on what is going on. because they can tell you one thing and really do and feel another. go with your gut and what you can handle and put up with. and there are really alot of fish in the sea.

No, I wouldn't leave him yet. I would talk to him. Most men act silly and disgusting when another woman pays attention to them. They never really grow up!
