Im currently on a diet but I want to get a treadmil or a excersise bike. But I feel like these just work out your legs. Im interested in loosing my stomach. Which of these would help my stomach more?

I think the treadmil cause people say walking slims you down all over.

I would suggest a treadmill. I think they are a much better cardio exercise machine. Read this article and maybe it will help you decide.

That's a good question! Don't be so quick to dismiss bikes! They are great at working the abs as you use your legs to press down on the pedals. I love riding my bike outside and it's a good workout!
I guess it just depends on if you want a high impact or low impact workout. Walking/running tends to pound on your joints more whereas biking is a tad more gentle.
Sorry I couldn't give you a straight answer favoring one over the other...but I hope those tidbits help! :-)

Get a bike, the scenery stays the same on a treadmill.

I'd get an elliptical instead. It gives you a great workout- the pace of the bike, with the intensity of jogging, but easy on the knees

according to me if you use a cycle the following problem occurs
1.the blood vessels near the lumbar region get numed and results in decrease blood flow
2.in above case it occurs due to prolonged workout

as for you a mechanical treadmill woul do......but watch out start with a warm up using streches and bending exercise ........bon workout.

You actually want to do both plus use the eliptical to help stimulate metabolisim. Then you need to do target area specific excersises such as crunches, side crunches, leg lifts, toro twists and hyperextensions to name a few

Either one. They are both used for cardiovascular training which gets the heart pumping and boosts the metabolism.

Your stomach will get more help if you exercise and eat right.
