I have a chance to buy the mustang that leonardo dicapreo drove in the departed gt packege nice shape and still has the licince plates that can be seen in the movie on it. Asking price is five thousand.

Buy it (you have this question on twice).

If you get the paperwork authenticating it, you can make some money upon resale since it is a collector's car now.

BUY THE CAR buy the car buyTHEcar ... and if you don't want the car buy it anyway and put it up for sale at about 12/14,000 and then take the highest bid and take lots of pictures of you and your friends and be happy ... there is always some body that will collect or want to own famous STUFF.....this is good advice and I will send you a bill for the consultation

If you like the car and the actor and you think its worth it especially since five thousand is a normal price for that car depending on milage and such

I guess it also depends if you like DiCaprio and if you liked the movie.
I had an opportunity to buy the Ferrari kit car from "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" and I didn't do it. I'm still kicking myself for that.
