Mac and Cheese Pizza? Do you want a regular dough crust or do you prefer a macaroni crust? Let's pretend that you want a dough crust:
1 thin ready made crust
1 small container Cheesy Alfredo sauce
1 container herb and garlic cream cheese
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
1 pkg Kraft Mac and Cheese, made according to directions
1 pkg goat cheese
Top crust with Alfredo sauce. Mix cream cheese and goat cheese, blend until spreadable. On top of crust, place chicken and mac and cheese. Dot with cheese blend and bake until bubbling.

I've had it before, quite yummy.
from what I saw, it looks like a regular pizza crust, with cheese sauce (they sell it by tomato spaghetti sauce at grocery store) then cooked pasta noodles and topped with shredded cheese
