i was on a bus and a kid around 12-14 yrs old came on the bus with a big beer and was acting all silly and touching and saying things to everyone on the bus....-if i was in america it would be considered underage drinking and harrasment but where i am nobody gives a ****..................he tried to sit next to me and start being stupid like putting his head in my face ect he was nastily pierced up all over ect. i just told him to fu**off and i left to the front of the bus but he was really pissing me off+i couldnt even tell if he was a HE or not!!!!!!!!!!!!????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. You moved to a safer area.

These you did, and I say good for you.

Next time though, instead of cursing the person (that was the point: to irritate others), tell the offender that the behavior is unacceptable. You need to be definite. Such as: back off, you are too close; do not touch me! Say these only once, then leave; please be aware of your surroundings.

The next step that you did (removed yourself from an unsavory situation) is smart thinking. It may help to inform the bus driver that another passenger is harassing you (just to give the driver a heads-up, in case the situation escalates).

Before getting off, make sure that you are with a group of passengers (if possible), in a well-lit place and that you are not being followed by the offender.

I would just have ignored him. Let his parents deal with his stupity.
