I have to do an archaeology project and thought i'd do it on jericho but i want to read the biblical account first.

Look in the book of Joshua, old testament, 6th book right after Deuteronomy - right after the jews ended their 40 years of wandering the surrounded the city and the walls came tumbling down....There is also a multitude of info on Jericho, studying the archeological ruins today etcd if you just type in Jericho to google....

If you are talking about the destruction of the walls of Jericho, then you can find it in the Holy Bible Joshua.
