i once proposed when at school,but i failed .now she is still in contact through phone ,but we both work in different countries
.she also know's that i still love her ,but she talks to me like a friend ,i would like to express my feelings for her once again,but i don't know how?

Well maybe if you tell her or start giving her Lil.clues that will tell her that you still love her, either way you need to be care full because instead of gaining a relationship you may lose a friend ship. I steel think that you should tell her straight up that you love her and see what her reaction is. WISH YOU LUCK!!!

u live in different countries, u haven't seen her for a while, u proposed her once and she rejected!!!sorry, but this is just hopeless, i don't think u r in love either, this just sounds like obsession!i'm sorry to say this but you gotta get over it.try to date other women, maybe this time you will find true love

Just be honest with her that is what a girl likes. Just let her know how you feel and tell her it is something that you wanted her to know. Do it in a conversation. Just let her know that you are there for her. And you are ok with it if the feelings are not there for her. You just wanted her to know how you still felt.
