They are absolutly right. Man is flawed naturally by original sin. You have the free will to trust who you want to trust. However, you absolute complete trust should be in the Lord alone. Only He is perfect. The Bible teaches us that those that will hurt you the most in your life will those of your household...

It is a rather dark view of the universe.
Yes, men and women make mistakes - but at their cores they are good (call it the divine spark we were given). I trust in others. Love and trust go hand in hand. Everyone has both good and evil within them, if you do not trust (if you fear) - you invite the bad in others...while trusting them invites the good (the spark to shine).
Because of the divine spark, we have the potential to be perfect (in life) once the layers of ignorance, misunderstanding, and such is removed. So in essence, we are perfect creatures that have lost our way through ignorance.
You will not always hurt those you love...just delve deep within and overcome the ignorance. No one chooses what is harmful on purpose (they just don't realize what they are doing fully). It has been said that anyone who truly understands could not do evil. The root of all evil is ignorance...that is all. Deepen your understanding.

My friend there is ALWAYS HOPE...i know from experience...i have been in that dark confusing place so alone with no one there, the people i loved and i thought loved me. left me unforgivingly out on the streets to rot after i had been in the wrong in a complicated situation. SO there i was all alone and in the dark. I then met this incredible guy who showed me the lord. I saw the light. I realized i was never alone and god showed me this by bringing this amazinf person into my life, when i had lost my "best friends". sometimes we want things for ourselves that arn't neccesarily in gods will. I was betrayed by my friends but only to be shown that those arent even people i should associate with, and that for so long i relyed on them to put my trust in when its God and god alone who can do a job like that & he is ALWAYS forgiving. It doesnt mean no one else is trustworthy or forgving in the world it just means, you should put god before ANYONE else because he would NEVER betray you. Than you will see there ARE people in the world who put their trust in god as well and those are the kind of people you want to be around because if they walk with god they will always be forgiving.

I live a life of as much solitude as corperate america will allow.
I hate being a slave for money.
There is hope.
Though al humans are flawed, there are a few that still have a good heart. And the best way to bring more hope.

Youre creating complexities in your mind about something that isnt.
People should be trusted, with a grain of salt.
Giving them a chance to make mistakes, to err, and do not think that they are infallible, this will prevent many headaches for you and for the people you love.
As for ultimate trust and devotion and consequently worship, the only one who deserves this is the One who created you. So do not despair, and realize that your weakness, and your incapacity matters not, because He is Strong, and He is Capable and He will support you no matter what happens.

Earth's finiteness (if that's a word) is not something I would consider proof of God, even though I believe in God. I'm just giving my objective viewpoint. That's true, all humans are imperfect. Go ahead and live, and use your life to help others.

No. Forget what you were taught, go out and find your own truth.
It seems to me like youre being a bit spoiled and whiny here.
Go to Darfur and ask a starving kid there that same question. You have no reason to be depressed. The starving kids do, but they arent. Tell me why that is.

You are feeling what the apostle John felt in Revelation 5. He saw no hope for the planet earth because no one was found worthy to open the scroll (the deed to planet earth) and redeem it. However, John was told not to weep as he looked and saw that the slain Lamb was worthy to open the scroll and redeem the earth.
The earth has a destiny that is about ready to close. We need to prepare our hearts for this final curtain scenario.

Question your teachings, question yourself,if you want to try to grasp explanations.Life brings life whether it is classified, filed, explained,or understood or NOT.Faith is believing and accepting without analysing or dividing. If it is not your nature to accept ,then follow your nature.if you spend your time avoiding pain, you are avoiding life, because fear of pain is steering you away from rich experience.
