I get worried and jealous a lot. I am always afraid my fiance is looking for something better, but I don't ever tell him. It's driving me crazy though.

COMUNICATE-COMUNICATION IS THE FIRST STEP TO A WONDERFUL MARRIAGE. HE CAN CONSOLE YOU LIKE NO ONE ELSE.HE KNOW S YOU, AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO SHARE THIS WITH HIM. HE WILL FEEL LOVED AND HE WON'T LOOK AT YOU DIFFERNET-IT WILL PROBABLY FLATTER HIM. It's not the jealousy that you need to cure, it's the underlying insecurity. If you feel he's out looking for something better, you obviously feel like you're not good enough.
Boost your self confidence, and your security in your own value. Talk to your finace and tell him that you're having issues with insecurity, and ask him to be supportive and encouraging. Since you don't have any specific females to worry over, it sounds more like generalized anxiety that hopefully the two of you can smooth away.

I suffer from the EXACT same thing. I've tried everything talking to my boyfriend, talking to close friends. I know that nothing would ever happen but for some reason this sense just takes over. For me I just think if I always have my back up and am very suspicious that if something did happen I wouldn't be as hurt. Its like Im Expecting it. I do think there is only one way to cure jealousy and that is:
BY THINKING HIGHER ABOUT YOURSELF BECAUSE IF HE DOESN'T WANT TO LOOK AT YOU.....NEXXT!!!

Jealousy is human nature how you control it is up to you. If you are secure in yourself and your relationship then don't worry about it. Sometimes alot of jealousy even though it is human nature is brought on by guilty feelings. Do you have guilty feelings about something your not telling him????

Jealousy is a sign of your own insecurity. Hello!!! He is with you, not anybody else. He is marrying you, not anybody else. Talk to him about this, and he will confirm to you that you are the best thing in his life. So don't ruin it, by being insecure. You are beautiful and you have a great guy. Let it be at that.

Unless he has given you reason to be jealous, like cheating on you or something, this sounds more like you have a problem with low self esteem
work on you and learn how to feel good and confident about yourself and maybe you won't be so afraid anymore.
...again, this is providing he has not given you reason to be jealous.

you are just freaking yourself out, if he fool around then he is not for you, but why do you thing you are low, jealousy is something natural just that some people think more about it than other, do stuff that will fill your time, and you won't have time for thinking about jealousy.

Jealous people have low self steem.They think they are not good enough for any body.They have that desease of insecurity,They should build up their self confidence and think that they are the best,loving and lovable, it is as simple as that..

you shouldnt ever think someone out there is better than you.... ur his fiance for one reason, he chose you.. many men will look... trust me I know.. but they dont touch... as u can look but dont touch...I also know how the mind can make you crazy... you cant always trust ur feelings it plays tricks on you... only u can think happy thoughts... u gotta just change ur thinking... and know in ur heart your special and know ur fiance thinks the same way... Congrats on ur engagement...
