Saving in blue mode?

Saving in blue mode?

I'm using Photoshop 7.0 and I have an image that i want to save in blue mode and with the splatte feature but when i save it it comes out with no changes how do i save it like i want it?

It depends what format you are saving it in, PSD,jpeg, etc, try saving it in jpeg format and see if you can view it with your tweeks then...
