i want to maintain my muscle mass but loose the pop belly i have, any suggestions?

i eat well, and i DONT drink soda and rarely drink beer. i eat a lot of protein to keep up the muscle mass

Its called a pot belly or beer belly. Most men who have it don't get it from eating, but from drinking a lot of beer. My ex lost his by cutting back on his beer intake, doing the treadmill 20 min a day 2 times a day, and crunches. He lost it and 30 lbs in less than a month.

cut out soda, beer, and drink more water (if you drink those two). Cut out pasta and bread and eat more whole wheat. Eat less sugar, more veggies and a little fruit. More low fat protein (boneless, skinless chicken, turkey). My boyfriend did this two years ago and lost his belly. He lost 6 inches in 4 months.

Drink alot of water and cut out all carbonated or full of sugar drinks.

lay off soda and beer (if you drink those two) and lots of water.. loss the pasta and bread ... and switch to low fat, low carb.. and exercise exercise!
