O yea did I tell you that I live 6 hrs away. He lives in Missouri and I live in Oklahoma. Somethimes I can visit the school he goes to and I see him. Also I want to ask him if we can go to the same colleage if he wants to. But then I know its still like 4 years away. Is that too early to ask him to go to the same colleage?

It's not love.
You and him have a major league crush.
Find someone closer to you to date. Long distance relationships don't work.
In time you will get over him but you will always remember how special he was.

You said it yourself, you are only 14 years old. It's a cliche but it's also the truth, you will meet many boys and have the chance to go out with them. even though you may love each other, as you say, it's important to have a normal relationship which cannot be done if you live far away from each other. I say, keep William as a friend and if you still have feelings for each other as you get older you will find a way to b together.
Don't worry...

Cry , Cry.............and Cry some more until you are all cried out. The only other healing mechanism you use for this is "time". TIme heals all wounds of the heart or can at least make them easier to manage. Not seeing him every day is painful at first, but will eventually work to your benefit.

I once watched someone I truly loved marry someone else. It was especially painful because I had to see her with him every day. It's been years now and I am still not quite over it. She tries to initiate conversations with me , and I still can't deal with it for very long.

Bottom line: Try not to live in your victimhood for too long. Your life must still go on, and you are responsible for the quality of that life. Ultimately, it will change you for the better if you let it.

You could have a long distance relationship. That is what me and my bf have. He lives 45 minutes away from me. We have been going out for almost two months, not including a three week break. Unless, of course, you live in Rhode Island and William lives in California, then you'll have to get over him honey :(
Don't listen to all the people who say it's not true love. Only you know your heart and your maturity level. I know that I truly love my bf and no one can tell me otherwise. I am fourteen as well. Email me if you need to talk or need advice :).

First loves are always the hardest to forget! No matter the age. Trust me, 50yrs from now, you will still remember him.

What are the chances of you seeing him again? Is it close by where you two can drive to one another in later years? Are there possibilities that you two can see one another down the road?? If so, then by all means, keep in touch. There's nothing wrong with having a pen-pal growing up. Who knows, you may end up with him again years later down the road. Hope is something everyone can live for.

But if there's no chance, then try your best to forget it and move on with another love of your life in your new school. You will always have friends and they can always help you forget. I bet in no time, you will have a new bf by the end of the school year!

Good luck =)

Unfortunately only time will heal this one. You can help lessen the pain a little by going out with friends and meeting new people. You are young and this may be your first love. Make sure you're not just hanging on to him or he's not clinging to you.

If there's no way of hooking up, then it might be kinder to just stop talking to each other. You'll never get past the painful part if you don't. If you could just be friends and feel comfortable that way, you could be supportive of each other.
