Does anyone know good ways to get quality shut eye? The problem is not that I do not sleep. I sleep and stay asleep and I get at least 8 hours. The problem is my dreams, I always have several different dreams and they are chaotic and stressful, so when I wake up I hardly feels like I slept. It was so bad last night I woke up with a headache. Is there any way to rid of dreaming (at least a little) so I can feel rested?
