Option One - 1 heaping tbs baking powder, 1 tbs oil plus 1 tbs warm water
Option Two - 1 heaping tbs baking powder, 1 tbs apple cider vinegar plus 1 tbs warm water

It comes in handy more times than you can imagine! I hope this helps. Make a copy and post it in the kitchen somewhere.
1 tbsp cornstarch = 2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 c. Butter = 7/8 cup oil & 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. Sugar = 1 cup packed brown sugar
1 c. Sugar = 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 clove garlic = 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Lemon juice = 1/2 tsp. Vinegar
1 c. Oil = 1/2 lb. Butter
1 egg = 1 tbsp water & 2 tbsp corn oil
1 c. Sour cream = 1 c. Plain yogurt
1 c. Corn syrup = 1 cup white sugar & 1/4 cup water

You can add any flavor of yogurt and the product being a cake will taste the same ! seems nothing in your house hmmm
You honestly can try one cup of lukewarm water with one half cup powdered coffee creamer whipped until milky! mix the yogurt with this and then....
