10mg once a day..is that good for anxiety?

Different doses work for different people. For Celexa the dose also depends on your age. 10mg is a low dose for an adult, but that does not mean it will not work. Many doctors prefer to start with a low dose and if does not work increase your dose. This way you can get on the minimum effect dose which is safer for you.

I take 30/day, it helps me, I forget how much until I go off it for a few days...
10mg could help, depends...

give it a week, you may need more but I would try to take the least milligrams that control your symptoms.
