I'm sorry miss nurse, the correct answer is Mumps virus. The Virus is from the Order Mononegavirales, the family Paramyxoviridae, the Genus is Rubulavirus, and the species is Mumps virus.

So using the genus and species as we do for bacteria, the virus is Rubulavirus Mumps virus, although virologists just use speices name (Mumps virus).
